Shave ice is an island favorite and a staple in our home. The go-to combination is the "Rainbow," strawberry, banana, and vanilla. Often, after a trip to the beach, we will stop at Waiola, shave ice and sit. If we are lucky, we will sit with our rainbow, shave ice, and be staring at a beautiful rainbow off in the distance.
