Papaya Guava Hot Sauce

This sauce is an amazing burst of Hawaiian flavor starting with the sweet Sunshine Papayas grown locally here on Maui. Then the tangy & tart guava quickly follows with the trusty Hawaiian chili bringing in the rear for a nice spicy kick.

This sauce pairs well with any salty or savory food you might be enjoying. Roasted breakfast potatoes, salty pulled pork bbq sandwiches, and one of our favorite recipes is to use it as a glaze for baked salmon. Making fish taste great again!
